Feedthrough reduction technique for track-and-hold circuit with body-bias control circuit

چکیده
This paper describes a feedthrough reduction technique for a track-and-hold (T/H) circuit with a body-bias control circuit. We propose a T/H circuit with a feedthrough canceller. This circuit cancels a leaking signal to the output node through the parasitic capacitance by using an opposite-phase signal. The simulation results using 90-nm CMOS technology demonstrate a feedthrough of −89.4 dB and SFDR of 66 dB at a sampling frequency of 5GHz.

Wide-range single-ended CMOS track-and-hold circuit
This paper investigates the performance of a MOS trackand-hold circuit as the front end of a wide input range and highspeed single-sided ADC. In order to reduce charge injection and clock feedthrough errors, a new technique for employing a dummy transistor in the bootstrapped switch of the track and hold circuit is introduced. Performance of the proposed circuit for the two cases of constant an...

In this paper, we propose a S/H circuit with the clock boost technique and the input signal tracking technique. The proposed circuit generates the clock with the amplitude of VDD + vin, and the clock is used to control the MOS switch. By applying this circuit to a S/H circuit, we can deal with the rail-to-rail signal with maintainng low distortion. Furthermore, the hold error caused by the char...
متن کاملNoise Tolerant Circuits for Modified Feedthrough Logic
In this paper a circuit design technique to improve noise tolerant of a new CMOS domino logic family called feedthrough logic is presented. The feedthrough logic improves the performance of arithmetic circuit as compared to static CMOS and domino logic but its noise tolerant is very less. A 2-input NAND gate is designed by the proposed technique. The ANTE (average noise threshold energy) metric...

The impact of installing process control systems can be expected in terms of performance improvements through reduced operating costs. Since these installations impose considerable capital expenditure, the profitability of the new systems should be economically justified. Controlled variable trend was reconstructed by a combination of simple waves, which provided a means to simulate the ef...
متن کاملPrecise CMOS Current Sample/Hold Circuits Using Differential Clock Feedthrough Attenuation Techniques
New CMOS current samplehold (CSH) circuits capable of overcoming the accuracy limitations in conventional circuits without significantly reducing operating speed are proposed and analyzed. A novel differential clock feedthrough attenuation (DCFA) technique is developed to attenuate the signal-dependent clock feedthrough errors. Unlike conventional techniques, the DCFA circuit allows the use of ...
